The army of supporters of our work and mission are our biggest champions and are helping to bring us organic brand awareness. In this industry, it’s not enough to talk at the community, it’s a requirement to listen and engage.

“Because we do that, we’ve seen tremendous feedback in terms of new ideas, new use cases to consider, and exciting marketing tactics I hadn’t tapped into in previous roles — like expanding to new channels like Discord and building ambassador programs within the community so they can continue to elevate our message but in a more organized mission-driven way,” says Caitlin.

AIKON’s Growth Strategy

In the traditional sense, AIKON uses a mix of product development strategy and market penetration strategy. We are growing market share by iterating on our products and continuously thinking through new products and features that serve the expanding industry for years to come.

Right now, the industry seems to have a new fad or potential trend every month — we do our best to understand where our current product fits into trends and market heavily around those use cases, while also thinking through what the industry will need.

For example, “non-fungible tokens (NFTs) a year ago were laughed at. The only people laughing now are the early NFT creators and holders who are making thousands of dollars. Crypto, 10 years ago was laughed at, now Bitcoin today is worth nearly $60K. Our industry is ever-changing, and it’s up to us to ensure we’re keeping up with customer needs now and tomorrow,” she shares.
