The AIKON-sponsored H.E.R. DAO hackathon at ETH Denver was a resounding success this year. Held at the H.E.R. DAO Hacker House, the first women-led hack house, the hackathon provided an opportunity for developers to use ORE ID within the Unity developer environment and showcase their skills in creating innovative solutions. The aim of this hackathon: provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how ORE ID can be used to make decentralized identity easy for everyone. Participants were tasked with creating solutions that leveraged ORE ID to develop ideas and initial prototypes to onboard gamers new to the blockchain.

Since the hackathon concluded, our judges have been carefully reviewing the submissions based on creativity, originality, feasibility, and overall activity during the judging period. The key requirement for the participating projects is to build with ORE ID APIs or ORE ID SDK and provide a proof of concept dApp.
The challenge was a tough one, but the participants rose to the occasion and delivered some amazing results.
